ICRR HANDLAN RR LANTERN

Railroad lantern probably from the 1930s. We have not cleaned it, preferring to let the buyer take on that task. It's a Handlan, very heavy, that was used by the Illinois Central Railroad. $300 OBO.

Gold and silver jewelry

Marilyn is shown protecting the large selection of gold, silver, and costume jewelry available in our store. She's also a strong proponent of the Second Amendment.

Adolph Rose Antiques has reopened!

We have been absent for awhile due to illnesses and other distractions, but plan now to reopen our shop - Adolph Rose Antiques in Vicksburg - and to update this site more frequently. Our shop hours are 11AM - 5PM Tuesday through Saturday, but we have a doorbell, and since we live upstairs over the shop, we're available most anytime. My wife has taken over the operation, and has reorganized things in the shop. If you've been here before, you would hardly recognize the place now. We have a wide selection of antiques and collectibles, things you probably won't find anyplace else. Like Civil War bullets, bayonets, guns, buttons, cannon balls, and more. We have a huge selection of china and glassware, bottles, coins, vintage documents, rare books, jewelry, Coke collectibles, photos, art, vinyl records, etc., etc... in 12,000 square feet of space! So come by when you're in the area and shop with us. If you don't buy a thing, that's all right, for as many have said, the shop is more a museum than a retail outlet. Our Great Dane, Beretta, will probably meet you at the front door!
